The Infinity Networks Inmate Telephone Solution provides a multi-level platform that affords the greatest flexibility and control for the facility and its System Administrator with full functionality in areas of User Access Control, Automated Service and much more.

Automated Call Processing – Fully flexible and configurable for each faciility, the interactive and multi-lingual voice prompts guide inmates and other users through the entire calling process. Additionally, the System can be configured to perform other automated features such as provide rate quote information and require active call acceptance.

Live Monitoring – Depending upon the configuration installed at your facility, undetectable and fully selectable call monitoring by Administrators or other authorized personnel can be implemented. Locally, or remotely, with the proper security clearance and password access, monitoring can be initiated by the staff or by the System, based on pre-set alert notifications.

Integrated Recording – Any and all calls can be recorded through the facility’s configuration of its Infinity Networks Inmate Telephone System – and individual numbers can be flagged to exclude recording, such as calls placed to an attorney. Fully automated archiving to a variety of media can be established for future search and playback, access for these functions can be via local or remote means.

Secure PIN System – Each inmate and user can be given individual personal identification numbers (PIN), configured by the System Administrator. Calling privileges can be easily regulated, restricted, or suspended by PIN. Additionally, for each PIN a personal database of approved calling numbers (PANs) can be established, thereby providing comprehensive regulation of calling and limiting access to any unauthorized user of a PIN. And, call duration parameters can also be established on a per PIN basis, with automated call disconnect.

Prepaid Calling Programs – Infinity Networks has developed a suite of prepaid calling options to eliminate difficulties that may occur through the more traditional billing of collect calls; like most of our System solutions, this can be customized for each facility’s specific requirements.

Fraud Prevention – System functions such as Silence and Click Detection and automatic Voice Overlay Messaging actively – and automatically – serve to protect the facility, Infinity Networks, callers and inmates from fraudulent use of the Inmate Telephone System.

Report Generator – Our powerful report function allows each facility to customize their management of the Inmate Telephone System through Call Record Queries, PIN/Inmate Account Queries; PAN Queries and more. The report writing feature’s flexibility is further enhanced through the integration of Microsoft Access. The Infinity Networks Inmate Telephone System can be configured to build and maintain a Call Detail Record (CDR) database with fields such as Date/Time stamp, PAN, Call Type (incomplete, busy, refused, accepted, etc.), Duration, Originating ANI, Destination ANI, Station ID and more, to enable the necessary System reporting and monitoring.

Maintenance and Support - Infinity Networks provides 24x7 customer service for quick resolutions. Our aggressive Revenue Management Services allow our support staff to be proactive and find potential troubles before they become real-issues. Most problems are corrected remotely using sophisticated diagnostics from our technical support staff.
