Revenue Management Program Infinity Networks has developed sophisticated management tools to ensure accurate and timely billing, ensure customer bills do not exceed their ability to pay, and to prevent calls from being made in the event they cannot be billed due to excessive usage. High Toll Monitoring – Monitoring levels can be customized per facility. Real-Time Validation – Prior to connecting an inmate’s call to their intended party, the Infinity Networks telephone system can validate the call is being placed to a number with the ability to pay for that call. Any number found to have billing or credit problems is moved to the Blocked Number Service database. The caller is informed that the number is blocked and the call is not connected. Credit Watch – The many monitoring functions of the Infinity Networks Inmate Telephone System provide safeguards that allow us the highest opportunities for accurate and timely billing. Call Velocity Filter – This filtering device works automatically to block any number with excessive usage from being dialed – a very effective method of preventing bad debt. VIP Program – This customization feature allows us to individually establish higher toll limits by destination telephone number, so those calls that should always be connected, e.g. attorney’s offices, ARE connected.
